Ingredients:
- 6 Large Strawberries, fresh
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 100 ml Greek Yogurt
- 1 Cup Milk, preferably Full Fat
- 1 Heaped Scoop Manna Strawberry Shake Powder
- 2 Tbs Chia Seeds, Optional
Method:
- Cut up the strawberries and add all ingredients into the blender and blend together.
Tip:
For a bit more sweetness, add a spoon of honey or organic maple syrup.
