Ingredients (4 servings):
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 cups shredded savoy cabbage
- 2 large carrots, peeled, grated
- 1/3 cup low fat mayonaise
Method:
- Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Add sesame seeds. Cook, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a plate.
- Place cabbage and carrot in a large bowl. Add dressing and two-thirds of the sesame seeds. Toss to combine.
- Top with remaining sesame seeds.
- Serve.
