Ingredients:
- 2 avocado’s, cut into 1cm pieces
- 1 shallot, trimmed, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander
Method:
- Combine the avocado, shallot, lime juice, oil and coriander in a bowl.
- season with salt and pepper.
