Ingredients (serve 4):
- 250g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 200g grape tomatoes
- ½ cup (80g) semi-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 40g baby rocket
- 80g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Method:
- Place cherry tomato, grape tomatoes, semi-dried tomato, rocket and feta in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar. Toss to combine.
- Serve.
