Ingredients (makes 2 cups):
- 3 medium avocados, chopped
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Method:
- Place avocado in a bowl. Mash with a fork until almost smooth.
- Add onion, lemon juice and tabasco. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Top with coriander.
- Serve immediately.
