Avocado dip

Ingredients (makes 2 cups):

  • 3 medium avocados, chopped
  • ½ small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves, to serve

 

Method:

  1. Place avocado in a bowl. Mash with a fork until almost smooth.
  2. Add onion, lemon juice and tabasco. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Top with coriander.
  4. Serve immediately.
