Banana Nut Manna Shake

Ingredients:

• 1 serving of Manna Low GI Shake powder

• 1 cup low-fat milk or almond milk

• 1 medium banana

• 1 tablespoon peanut butter (or almond butter if preferred)

• 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt

• A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions:

1. Combine the Manna Low GI Shake powder, milk, banana, peanut butter, yogurt, and cinnamon in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and well combined.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
