Chocolate Delight Manna Shake

Ingredients:

• 1 serving of Manna Low GI Shake powder
• 1 cup low-fat milk or almond milk
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt
• 1/2 banana
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Add the Manna Low GI Shake powder, milk, cocoa powder, yogurt, banana, and vanilla extract to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (you can add a teaspoon of honey or a sugar substitute if desired).
4. Serve chilled.
