Menopause is a natural phase in every woman’s life, marking the end of menstruation and fertility. While this transition can bring significant changes, understanding the process and managing the symptoms can make it a smoother experience.
Menopause isn’t an overnight event—it’s a gradual journey that unfolds over three stages:
- Perimenopause (4–10 years): This transition phase can begin as early as your late 30s or early 40s and lasts 4 to 10 years. Hormone levels fluctuate, leading to irregular periods and early symptoms like hot flashes or mood swings.
- Menopause (around 1 year): Officially begins 12 months after your last period, typically between ages 45 and 55. Hormonal changes stabilize, but symptoms may continue.
- Postmenopause (years to a lifetime): This phase follows menopause and lasts for the rest of your life. Some symptoms may ease, but others, like vaginal dryness or changes in bone density, may persist.
In total, menopause-related symptoms can last from a few years to over a decade, depending on individual factors such as genetics, lifestyle, and overall health.
Early Signs of Menopause
Recognising the signs early can help you prepare for the journey ahead. Common early symptoms include:
- Irregular Periods: Cycles may become shorter, longer, or completely unpredictable.
- Hot Flashes and Night Sweats: Sudden heat waves can disrupt your daily routine or sleep.
- Mood Swings: Irritability, anxiety, or sadness may occur due to fluctuating hormones.
- Sleep Problems: Difficulty falling or staying asleep becomes more common.
- Weight Gain: Hormonal shifts may slow metabolism, leading to unwanted weight changes.
Symptom Duration
- Hot Flashes and Night Sweats: Typically last 7–10 years on average but can persist longer for some women.
- Mood Swings and Irritability: These tend to decrease within a few years postmenopause as hormones stabilize.
- Sleep Disturbances: These symptoms may improve after hormone levels adjust but could continue if they are related to other aging factors.
- Vaginal Dryness and Bone Density Changes: These symptoms can persist indefinitely and often require ongoing management.
Practical Tips for Managing Menopause

Focus on a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Foods high in phytoestrogens, like soy, flaxseeds, and legumes, can help balance hormone levels naturally.
- Stay Active
Regular exercise improves mood, boosts energy, and supports bone health. Incorporate a mix of strength training, cardio, and flexibility exercises like yoga.
- Manage Stress
Practice mindfulness techniques like meditation, deep breathing, or journaling to reduce stress and maintain emotional well-being.

Natural supplements can help ease menopause symptoms effectively and safely. Manna Menopause Support is a trusted supplement designed to alleviate hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings by using plant-based ingredients to balance hormones.

What is Manna Menopause Support?
Manna Menopause Support is a proprietary formula which includes well researched, high potency compounds to help alleviate Menopause-related symptoms.
This is not a medicine or an HRT (hormone replacement therapy), but an all-natural plant based dietary supplement which can help the body to manufacture estrogens to counteract the natural menopause cycle and its related symptoms.
How Does Manna Menopause Support Work?
Manna Menopause Support assists in the improvement of vascular stability. The product provides Phyto-estrogens to act similar as animal estrogen. The other nutrients are for enhanced bone density.
The different ingredients work in a synergistic manner to assist in the reduction of the symptoms of pre-menopause and menopause. The combination of these ingredients helps to alleviate menopausal symptoms.
What is “Phyto-estrogens”?
“Phyto-” is a Greek root word meaning “plant.” Estrogen is a female hormone that regulates functions in both women and men. Phytoestrogens, through plant-based, function much like the estrogen in found humans. When we eat phytoestrogens, our bodies may respond as if real estrogen were present.

Active Ingredients
Eucalyptus Bark Extract (Flavonoids and Polyphenols)(1)
Anti-Oxidant – Natures super anti-oxidant, helps to boost the immune system.
Polyphenols – helps to overcome the symptoms of Menopause, including hot flushes. It also assists in the prevention and fighting of osteoporosis and breast cancer.
Maca Root (Peruvian Ginseng) – Phyto-estrogen(3)
This so-called “Peruvian Ginseng” is from South America and is rapidly gaining attention in the United States for its success in supporting energy, stamina, libido and with hormone balancing for men and women.
Maca is used for menopausal symptoms, menstrual disorders and as an aphrodisiac. It acts as an energizer and anti-stress agent.
Soy Bean Isoflavones– Phyto-estrogen(2)
The main components of soy are proteins, soybean oil and carbohydrates. These are healthy components but the soy Isoflavones are responsible for many health benefits. Dried soybeans contain about 200 mg Soy Isoflavones per 100 g soybeans.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is an essential anti-oxidant required by the body. It helps to minimize the effects of menopausal symptoms, especially hot flashes and night sweats. It acts as a substitute for estrogen and works in perfect synergy with the rest of the ingredients in Manna Menopause Support to offer wholesome relief from menopause and its symptoms.
Calcium lactate – Calcium supplements(4)
Calcium Lactate may be administered in low blood calcium levels (Hypocalcaemia), Osteoporosis, and Post-Menopausal Osteoporosis Prevention.
Vitamin D – Cancer preventive effect(4)
This little wonder of a vitamin plays a central role in many body processes and is on the A-list for menopausal women. Studies have linked it to preventing heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer and weight gain. If that seems like a lot of prevention in one little vitamin, it is. The problem, though, is that as many as half of adults are deficient in vitamin D and are therefore not benefiting from it. Manna Menopause Support has enough vitamin D to meet your recommended daily requirements.
“The best all-natural product that I wish I could have known of much sooner. I must say that I am already seeing some changes. The hot flushes and sweats, especially at night are becoming bearable. Furthermore, I have noticed that I can now manage a couple hours of sleep a night without being interruption by unbearable sweats, a luxury for someone who was so sleep deprived. I can’t wait to see what the results will be like in a month’s time. I am so thankful and grateful that I came across this product, and I will gladly recommend it to anyone who is experiencing the uncomfortable symptoms of menopause.”
