    I ordered the product for myself but also gave a bottle to my husband (diabetic). This seems to control his blood sugar very well. When he stops using it, his blood sugar level spikes very high. He has now stopped using the recommended vitamin tablets specifically for diabetics and only uses the Manna product in conjuction with the other medication.
