I still feel a little hungry after I take it, but I suppose I’m used to eating a lot more, that is why I am where I am with my weight. Just need to put mind over matter and keep it up.     The shake is delicious with milk – i add it to low fat or plant based milk. I find the combo of the fat capsules and the shake a good combo in curbing those extra kilos and keeping my weight under control. I enjoy the vanilla as well as the chocolate and have found that I no longer crave chocolates I used to. The shake is also so good for those busy days when I don’t have time to prepare a packed lunch for work – so easy to mix the shake and have a balanced meal with no guilt attached.

    I was very impressed with your ingredients, prices, excellent packaging and the quick delivery of my order. Unfortunately the taste of the Vanilla shake is terrible, I’ve managed to drink it once – I just can’t get myself to drink it. So even though it’s well priced, it’s a waste for me. I’ve been drinking shakes for breakfast for a long time and find it so convenient. Was hoping to replace a much more expensive product with yours, but it just didn’t work out for me. At least my cupboard smells like yummy Vanilla!

    I am so impressed with the manna products that I have purchased on line. My husband is a diabetic and for weeks I tried to help him to drop his blood sugar by cooking healthy and making sure that he does not snack on food that could spike his sugar levels but it didn’t work. Out of desperation I ordered the manna products – the shake, CLA and F.A.T (fat burner and I don’t regret spending all that money as it paid off. His blood sugar was 17 for weeks but after just one day of using the products it dropped to 11. After the second day it dropped to 8.2

    I now have hope that my husband will recover fully and live a normal life as many diabetics feel they are deprived from having something nice to eat.

    its been a almost 2 years since I started using Manna Shake and FAT, although it’s not at a regular basis. some months I would stop due to financial constraints, but honestly, these products work for me! I dont like the taste of the shakes, especially Vanilla, but I continue to drink them 2x a day (2 shakes – 1 morning & 1 at night, meal during lunch) because they do work for me. My cravings have totally disappeared and i have lost a total of 12kgs to date. i must say that i do try to eat healthily and also do a lot of cardio exercises at least 4 x a week. All in all i credit my weight loss to Manna products.

I started off with the Chocolate shake and loved it. I wanted to try a different flavor and bought the strawberry shake from Dischem for this month and it taste very sour. Not nice at all. Will remember to just stick with the chocolate

    I find the shakes very convenient as an easy meal, so no skipped meals means no snacking and I can in all honesty say that I could see and feel the difference from day one! The taste does require getting use too, but so does all meal replacement shakes and being so convenient, I have to take care not to loose too much weight in one go as we all know how that ends!! I am using the cholesterol support, blood sugar support and FAT in conjunction with the shakes and I feel great and doing well!!

    I am using a few manna products, gut Support, manna shake, F.A.T, blood sugar support and salmon oil. The results could be a result of one or combination of products.I have lost a lot of centimeters at least 4 cm on my waist. I did not experience any side effects with the products. Unlike most shakes, the manna shake does not have an after taste. I love Strawberry and Vanilla flavors, chocolate is a bit of an acquired taste for me. The shakes has a natural taste and I like the feel of the grain taste, quite different from most shakes. I like the shakes with water and can easily replace breakfast and lunch. The price quite reasonable almost just over (+158/30 scoop) R7 per scoop (or meal if water is used). the cravings now leaving me and now enjoy small sized meals. I also enjoy the easy and quick recipes on the manna plus website and the various articles. I did not weigh myself before taking the products but I feel light and less bloating and have lots of energy. I will weigh in a week’s time again and see the impact on weight. Thank you Manna.

    I have been using the manna health products for over 4 years now and am very happy to say that they are excellent products. The blood sugar control definitely takes away the sugar craving and controls your appetite without any side effects at all, my weight has definitely been reduced from 62kgs to 57 kgs. it was not a sudden change but definitely helped change the way and manages to maintain the weight loss. The fat burners are brilliant and natural so do not hurt your system. I take them before I gym each morning and they really work. I have just started with the milk shake meal replacement which I normally replace my evening meal with and just never feel hungry even though i work out for an hour and a half in the morning i can quite easily wait a while before i do have breakfast. for me personally the products really work. i would recommend them.

    The first time around, I bought the caramel shake & blood sugar tablets special. I noticed that the shake was quite filling but made my throat feel like it had fat particles stuck on and breathing became difficult.

    That was until I started drinking hot water and eating an orange to wash this feeling down, whic worked like a charm since it made feel even fuller!

    I had to discontinue the blood sugar tablets since they made me feel so dizzy as if I would padss out. I pressumed that it’s because I normally experience low blood sugar. I have been fine since!

    My next order was the FAT Way to go and Strawberry Shake special. Now, I am loving the fact that I have seen the differencein my clothes within 2 weeks. I also noticed that I started feeling lighter when I climb the stairs, which motivates me to loose the 10kgs that I have gained and more.

    The strawberry shake is also filling, just not as much as the caramel flavour. I also noticed that I don’t experience the caramel flavour side effects with the strawberry flavour.

    The FAT Way to go has been kind to me so far and am loving using it!

    What’s left now is to do some exercises to speed the progress up.

    Ek het al verskeie produkte gebruik sonder veel sukses. Ek het terloops Manna produkte raak gelees en ek het heel huiwerig my eerste produkte bestel. My verbasing was groot toe ek my pakkie baie vinnigers as wat ek verwag het ontvang en ek het sommer die volgende dag al begin met my produkte. Ek is huidiglik 2 weke op die Shake en Fat burner en het 7kg en 22cm al verloor. Vir my is dit die begin van groot dinge (of sal ek sê kleiner dinge hehe)

    I want to thank Manna Health Products ”,for there was a time back my long pants was getting a bit tight around my waist, as I can not do any real exercise or gym as I have spacers in my spine, and a big lunch I was heading for disaster, but with Manna Shake and the Fat Burner I now can button my pants up and can wear them again ,and Lunch? well I’M Skipping that now and I don’t feel that craving to eat lunch . and the PH balance the best, I don’t have the burning in my legs no-more.Ican truly recommend Manna products, just use it with out skipping the dose and you will see the results. thank you again.

    I LOVE the shake! It is delicious and has hoards of fibre. I have never been so regular in my life.
    The Fat burner does a great job, BUT I can’t take it as prescribed because the guarana in it makes me terribly edgy and anxious.

    i used the manna weight loss product before, just like to know why they replace the dandelion with the parsley? haven’t being using it long enough to notice a difference in my weight, will give a clearer review in say a month from now when i hopefully lost a few kilo’s must say my cravings is more under control and my appetite has shrunk considerably. I can’t use any type of weigh loss medication because of the type of chronic medicine i use, but manna is perfectly safe to use and it taste great!!
