I started using the shake about eight months ago and never looked back. I have one first thing in the morning which settles my blood sugar till breakfast time and one at lunch time, without a hint of a craving for sweets. I’m not diabetic but this shake has completely changed my way of eating. As a bonus, I lost excess weight without even trying. I used an expensive imported product for many years until I couldn’t afford it anymore, and switched to Manna Shake. I’m not looking back.

Three months ago I started on the Manna Shakes when I found that other well-known and imported brands were getting way too expensive for me. As a single person, I find that I don’t cook as nutritiously as I should and I enjoy a shake or two a day to help me. Since taking the shake I have found a definite decline in my craving for sweets. I combine the shake with flaxseed powder and Manna’s Collagen which also have good benefits. I need all the help I can get to maintain my proper weight. I am very happy having found the Manna Health Shakes, which taste-wise took a little getting used to, but now I’m not looking back anymore.

I’ve tried many shakes and most of them are too sweet or they do not keep my hunger away. This shake tastes delicious and does not contain too much sweetener. I’m also happy that it does not contain too many kilojoules per serving. It also keeps me full until the next time to eat. I replace 2 meals a day and it’s going well so far. No constipation either.

Great nutrition and filling. Recommend this to anyone not only diabetics. My friend drinks it who has tongue cancer use it as he can’t eat normal foods at this stage. He lost 17 kg for not eating. He is looking so much better after starting the Mann health shake. Will order soon more.

I usually forget to eat breakfast and being a diabetic, it is not the best thing to do. The shake gives me the option to grab breakfast on the run. It tastes fine and keeps my blood sugar levels constant. (No crashing and nausea at 10:00). It also keeps the hunger at bay for 4 – 5 hours. I’ll definitely buy it again.
