Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) as immunonutrition, with its unique array of compounds working in concert, play a major role in the treatment of histamine-mediated allergic responses.
  • Pelargonium sidoides extract (Pelargonium) – Pelargonium sidoides is a medical plant. Clinical studies show that it is effective for treating sinus, sinusitis and the common cold. Laboratory experiments have shown that it also prevents viruses and bacteria from attaching to the cells, effectively stopping the infection.

    For years I had to sleep on my left hand side due to a car injury which affected my sinus cavity, as I always blocked up on that side.
