Dosage and Directions for use

    Honestly, this is amazing, I don’t need any pain medication, I don’t need any warm water bottles. I just need to put this gel on the spots where it aches and pains (which is terrible to be honest) however, after the first time using it.. It’s been incredible. It aids in so much of the pain. A great way to relinquish the discomfort from natural agents.

    This is an amazing product! I usually suffer during my period, even after taking strong pain meds. I used this gel once and it worked! I didn’t feel any pain about 15 minutes after i applied it and re-applied it as i started feeling pain again (about 3 times during the day). I didn’t use any pain meds and I felt normal!!! I was so pleasantly surprised! Wonderful product!
